Coaches play an important role not only in sporting life, but also the everyday life of the players they coach. They influence not only the development of football skills and performance but the development of our boys and girls as people and their approach to other aspects of their life.
The Carine Junior Football Club Committee invites new and current coaches to apply for coaching roles for all teams in Juniors (Years 3 - 6), Youth (Years 7 - 12) and Junior and Youth Girls (Years 3 - 12) in 2020. We also welcome applications from our older boys and girls who may be interested in assisting with younger teams.
An annual application process is in place to:
ensure we have the best coaches for Carine Junior Football Club teams to develop our players in a positive football environment; and
enable all parents and interested parties have an opportunity to coach Carine Junior Football Club teams.
The Coaching Coordinator will be in touch to discuss your application and arrange any interviews. All applications will be reviewed by a coaching subcommittee.
