We had a terrific turnout to our first Club NIght last night, with combined training for Years 4-10 at Beach Road. The coaches came together with the younger ones on the lower oval and the older players on the higher oval and while the sky got darker, the rain held off and it was a resounding success. Hungry kids and adults lined up for their sausage rolls and a drink afterwards and enjoyed each other's company. We can't wait to hold more events like this when our new clubrooms are finished. Watch out - we're bringing back the 'pie night' and maybe even a grandfinal on the big screen?

Sincere thanks to the hard working committee that brought it all together on the night, especially Jan (merchandise), Luke (events), Shane (he organised the lighting), Alan (who not only coached but served sausage rolls too) and Laurie and Jan's husband Simon who got extra ovens going at home to ensure we had piping hot sausage rolls ready for everyone.
