This Saturday morning24 June 2017, the Carine Junior Football Club is very proud to be hosting the annual Auskick Gala Day, bringing together around 1500 Auskickers from Pre-Primary through to Year 2. The first game starts at 8.00am and the event will conclude at around 1.00pm, with our youngest players of the game enjoying round robin games in a fun environment.

The Auskick Gala Day is coordinated by the Subiaco Football District and each year a Club from the region is asked to host the event. It's a busy week in the lead up to the event, particularly for our Auskick Coordinator Belinda Greenhalgh and her merry band of helpers.

We're really looking forward to welcoming all the Auskick players from our neighbouring suburbs to Beach Road on Saturday, Wear your Carine Junior Football Club player and supporter gear and join in the fun.

General Information (see Information Book for full details)

Limited in ground parking will be available as well as verge parking on Beach Road and Okely Road, please follow Traffic Management Staff and refer to the parkign and ground maps in the Information Booklet. Please be mindful not to park on the median strip in the middle of Beach Road as you may be fined. Alternative parking is also available in Okely Road or Monyash Road (at the horse stables)
The first round of games will commence at 8am; the final round of games will commence at 12.00noon. Please ensure each team is aware of the time/oval for each of their games (please see fixtures in the Information Booklet).
All teams must arrive and sign in 30 mins prior to commencement of the first game. All team Managers or Coaches must sign in at the District Information Desk on arrival.
PP teams will be playing 2 games and Year 1 and Year 2 teams will be playing 3 games throughout the day.
Games are 2 x 7 minute halves, with a 3 minute half time break. All games will operate off a centrally controlled siren.
Coaches/umpires are required to meet before each game and confirm their interpretation of the rules.
Subiaco Football Club players will be in attendance to assist with umpiring the games. Please ensure your coaches communicate with and support these players with their umpiring.
Please ensure coaches are aware they MUST even up players where required. Coaches should discuss the number of players per team prior to the game.
All games are to be played under “NAB Auskick Rules” (see Information Booklet).
All clubs are required to provide their own first aid equipment. Extra First Aid will be available from District Information Tent
In the event of a jumper clash, the “away” team is to wear their jumpers inside-out.
