If you want to play a part in supporting your child's football journey at the Carine Junior Football Club, then taking on a Team Manager role may be the job for you.
Our club believes Team Managers play a vital role in the success of our teams across all age groups. They have important responsibilities in the administrative and organisational aspects of running our teams, and they provide crucial support to enable our coaches to focus on developing our players to reach their potential. There is no need to have a strong football background and all of our Team Managers are strongly supported by our Managers Coordinator and the CJFC Committee, with training and ongoing support provided to those of you who may be new or inexperienced in the role.
The Carine Junior Football Club Committee invites interested Team Managers to express interest in roles for all teams in Juniors (Years 3 - 6), Youth (Years 7 - 12) and Junior and Youth Girls (Years 3 - 12) in 2024. There will be significant support provided to anyone who is interested in the role but does not have any prior experience.
An Expression of Interest process is in place to:
ensure we act in a timely manner to appoint managers for Carine Junior Football Club teams who can then support our coaches in developing our players in a positive football environment;
enable all parents and interested parties, regardless of their football background, to have an opportunity to contribute to the Carine Junior Football Club teams.
