The annual Youth Trophy Presentations are an event to celebrate a year of achievement and improvement and to recognise outstanding performances. Individual trophies are awarded for all teams Year 7 and up, with the President's Trophy presented to the female and male player who poll the most votes in the Club. At this event, players achieving the milestones of 50 and 100 games are presented with a commemorative medal and a number of important Club awards are announced.
Our Club continues to grow, both in membership and team numbers and this year we continued the recent tradition of holding the awards at the Clubrooms, from 3.00pm. Our Year 11/12 and Club awards were held from 7.00pm. Players and parents attended for the awards at their nominated timeslot and enjoyed a sausage sizzle afterwards. The coach of each team provided a summary of the season, thanking the many parents and volunteers that contribute to the success of each team, and presented milestone game medals and the individual awards.
We would like to extend a special congratulations to the following teams and their coaches for their outstanding performances:
• Coach Paul Valentino – Year 7/8 Female – Runner Up Premiers
• Coach John Stewart – Year 8 Blue – Premiers
• Coach Jack Kallarn – Year 9/10 Blue Female – Premiers
These achievements are a testament to your hard work, strategic thinking, and dedication. Each of you has played a crucial role in nurturing talent, fostering teamwork, and creating an environment where our players could excel.
Our milestone medallists are listed below with the individual award winners.
The President’s Trophies are presented to the male and female players who poll the highest number of votes in the Club.
