On Thursday evening of the 26 October, we were pleased to host the first of our own social functions in the new Carine Clubrooms, with our annual 'thank you' to all the coaches, managers and other officials and their partners.

It was a great night of celebration and catching up, and President Damon Lonnie used the opportunity to thank everyone for their dedication and hard work over the course of the season. While we're yet to have a fully installed kitchen, our caterer had no problem preparing some very nice finger food for everyone and served drinks from the bar area too.

Our Club is powered by volunteers and the commitment of our coaches, managers and hard working committee doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you, and we hope you all enjoyed the night. It was terrific to be using our own facilities for such a social event and we even brought out some memorabilia - can't wait to see some of it hanging on the walls!
